How to Reset Data from SimpanKira?

PRE-REQUISITE : This function is only accessible by the user with Administrator role.

You can delete the data on SimpanKira for whatever reason. However, once the data is deleted from SimpanKira, there will not be any means to retrieve them again..

The following data types will be deleted;

  1. QUOTES
  2. PURCHASE ORDERS
  3. SALES INVOICES
  4. PURCHASE INVOICES
  5. BANK TRANSACTIONS
  6. RECEIPTS
  7. PAYMENT VOUCHERS
  8. CONTACTS
  9. ITEMS
  10. FIXED ASSETS
  11. JOURNALS
  12. DOCUMENTS

Follow these steps to delete the data;

  1. Go to Setting > Financial Setting
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page till you see Clearing All Transactions
  3. Read carefully the description.
  4. Click Delete All Transaction button.
