How to Set Numbering at Sales Invoice?

Any numbering for your documents in SimpanKira can be set at Invoice Customization page.

You can change the Prefix according to your preference. However, we do not support complex Prefix.

You can also set the next number on this page as well.

Understanding Invoice Numbering on SimpanKira

  1. SimpanKira only issues invoice number when a Sales Invoice is approved.
  2. Sales Invoice in Draft mode will not be issued a Sales Invoice number. You will see the text Auto Generated in the Sales Invoice column in Sales Invoice page.
